Because of a pricing dispute between Amazon and our distributor, IPG, Amazon will no longer be carrying the Kindle version of any IPG books (The New York Times wrote about the dispute here). Kindle owners need not despair, however: you can still download the Kindle versions of our current books directly from our website.
